If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have the adaptability to multitask, excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality, then this is the ultimate opportunity for you.Primary ResponsibilitiesHR ProcessProvide HR support to the business in all aspects of HR related issues and on the full employee lifecycleManage the co-ordination and delivery of all HR processes: including but not limited to resource and talent management including succession planning, disciplinary and grievance case management, redundancy, performance management, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits management, learning and development, training & competency.Maintain current knowledge of both HR and employment law to provide appropriate adviceAct as an ambassador for fairness and consistency in application of HR policies, procedures, and standardsAct with integrity when dealing with confidential information, documents and recordsRecruitment and Resourcing ActivityEnsuring that the strategic vision and plan for recruitment across all business units, both medium and long term is adhered to. Supporting the delivery of recruitment processes and documentation, ensuring that all activities and delivery of recruitment comply with relevant legislation and ethical standards and align with documentation. Drive integrated resource management and manpower planning through co-ordinating headcount and forecasting activities in association with the business and operationsPerformanceContribute to the performance and pay review processes and provide assistance with training and the associated data processing and analysis required HR ProjectsBe proactive in, co-ordinate, the creation, development and execution of HR initiatives. Lead initiatives as requested by the Head of HR.QualificationsTertiary qualification in Business, Management, Human Resources, or associated discipline.Qualified or working towards CIPD qualified status.ExperienceExtensive experience working in generalist HR within a similar industry sectorProven experience with a sound knowledge and understanding of all facets of human resources including recruitment and resourcing, employee relations, talent and performance management, people development, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organisational designDemonstrable knowledge and understanding of employment law, with proven experience in all forms of case management including disciplinaries and grievancesAbility to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels within an organisationProven experience in the management of confidential informationExperience of taking initiative in and co-ordinating a varied generalist HR roleBehaviours and SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately with persons at every level of the organisationThe ability to foster teamwork and commitment to providing excellent customer serviceAdvanced skills in MS Office applications, and experience using multiple HR information systemsWritten communication skills - able to prepare information for management, reports, staff instructions, policy and procedure development and implementationMust be able to function efficiently under pressureProven people management and organisational skillsProactive and positive approachCommitment to confidentiality and duty of care to othersStrong commitment to the promotion of fairness and consistencyKeenness to develop self and othersAbility to investigate facts and make objective, fact-based decisionsStrong commitment towards HSEQ and employee wellnessClear commitment to the Company and its successAbout UsWith facilities in over thirty locations spanning five continents, Score employs more than 2000 people, including 230 apprentices.
