We're a collaborative team that values analytical rigor and process optimization, working closely with cross-functional partners to streamline operations and enable business growth.
Responsibilities And Impact
* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across business units
* Analyze business performance metrics and develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems, tools, and workflows that drive business growth
* Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
* Develop and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and best practices
* Support senior leadership with data analysis and reporting for key business initiatives
What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization methodologies
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Additional Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of financial services industry operations
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business units
