Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Production team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in factory operations and be comfortable working with various tools and machinery. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient assembly and production of our products, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools, following detailed specifications.
* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow within the manufacturing facility.
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
* Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report any significant problems to supervisors.
Qualifications
* Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of manufacturing process
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.22 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
