About the Team
The Real Estate team is one of the firm’s core practice areas, advising a broad client base spanning developers, investors, lenders, public sector bodies and corporate occupiers. The team is recognised for delivering commercially focused advice on high-quality transactions across Scotland.
Work is varied and often complex, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, leasing, asset management and real estate finance. The team operates with a strong emphasis on collaboration, ensuring exposure to a wide range of matters without the silos often found in larger practices.
About the Role
This role offers an excellent platform for a solicitor at 3+ PQE to build a well-rounded Real Estate practice.
You will:
* Advise on a broad mix of commercial property transactions
* Support on development and investment work across key sectors
* Work closely with experienced Partners on high-value, strategically important matters
* Engage directly with clients, developing trusted relationships early in your career

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
* Be Scottish qualified (or dual-qualified) with 3+ years’ PQE in Real Estate
* Have trained at, or gained experience within, a reputable commercial firm
* Demonstrate strong technical grounding alongside commercial awareness
* Be proactive, personable and keen to contribute to a collaborative team culture
* Show a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Real Estate
