We are seeking a dedicated Alternative Provision Teacher to support KS3–KS4 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in one of our sites in St Albans. About the Role You will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Support students with SEMH challenges to re-engage with learning Build positive, professional relationships that promote trust and consistency Work collaboratively with pastoral teams, SENCOs, families, and external agencies Contribute to behaviour support plans and EHCP targets About Our Students Our learners are KS3–KS4 pupils who may have: SEMH needs Gaps in education due to exclusion or disrupted schooling EHCPs or identified additional needs Small class sizes allow you to make a genuine impact every day.
