Support Worker
We are looking for a support worker for our supported living service in Conwy, North Wales, where we support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities and complex needs.

What you’ll be doing:
9. Supporting 1-1, promoting positive well-being and independent living
10. Working within a supported living setting with adults who may have learning disabilities and or complex needs
11. Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support
12. May involve some personal care
Who you are:
13. The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs
14. Flexible with the ability to cover a variety of shifts, motivated and a team player
15. Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs is preferred but not essential.
