Bullitt are currently recruiting for Full Time Receptionist (24-32 hours per week) Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner, pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquires in a pleasant and efficient manner. Essential Criteria: One years experience working in a similar administrative position. An understanding of the importance of quality guest service Excellent Communication skills with an excellent command of the English language Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal skills Effective Organisational Skills A good working knowledge of Front Office Systems and good IT skills Desirable Criteria: One Years experience in a hotel reception The rate of pay for this role is £12.27 per hour.
