A sustainable branding and signage solutions company are looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of HR across the business

Responsibilities
* Draft employment contracts, offer letters and contractual amendments
* Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date
* Support with reviewing and refreshing HR policies and procedures
* Assist with HR audits and compliance checks
* Manage onboarding process from offer through to start date
* Prepare new starter documentation and right to work checks
* Manage offboarding including resignation acknowledgements
* Process leaver documentation and final paperwork
* Support exit interviews and feedback tracking
* Provide first-line HR advice on basic queries (absence, conduct, etc.)
* Support with ER casework including notetaking and documentation
Requirements
* CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
* Previous experience in an HR administrative or assistant role
* Good understanding of UK employment law basics
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Confident communicator with a practical, common-sense approach
