Role Responsibilities
* Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements
* Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
* Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
* Actively be aware of opportunities to promote
* Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
* Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
* Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
* Complete and submit all required paperwork
* Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary actions
* Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
* Provide training and guidance to colleagues
Skills & Qualifications
* Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
* Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
* Fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
* UK Driving Licence
* Organised and self‑motivated
* Attention to detail
* Customer focused
* A pleasant and friendly 'can‑do' attitude
* Health and Safety training required for the role
* Good time keeping
* Be flexible and adaptable
