Overview
We are creating a new full‑time role of Producer to support the Creative Director in creating and delivering an ambitious programme of work in 2026/7.
For this role, at this moment in time for us, the Producer will be someone who can turn creative ideas into reality by curating and delivering an exciting creative programme in Crawley, West Sussex.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with creative professionals, suppliers, Crawley residents, freelancers, core staff and key stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life in Crawley.
* Make things happen.
* Think strategically and work in the moment to create the best environment for creative professionals and audiences to meet in the town.
* Be flexible and work across genres and unusual locations.
* Be proactive, independent, practical and solution‑based in your collaborative approach.
* Know how to get the most from a budget ensuring both quality, compliance, and impact.

Salary and Working Hours
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6 pm. However, this role requires flexible working in evenings and at weekends in response to the programme needs. We operate a Time Off In Lieu system.

NEST pension scheme (3% employer contribution).
Holiday: 28 days of paid leave per annum (including 8 Bank Holidays) plus the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
Contract and Location
Contract: full time, fixed term (1 year) with intention to extend, subject to funding.
Place of work: Crawley, West Sussex. We offer hybrid working and the core in‑person working days are Tuesday – Thursday each week.
