Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of 4 finance staff
* Manage VAT returns, ledgers, direct debits, and reconciliations
* Oversee banking, reporting, and fixed asset register
* Improve systems, processes, and ensure compliance
What You’ll Need
* AAT Qualified or Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong experience in finance operations and team leadership
* Excellent Excel and financial systems skills
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset
