The conveyancer will be responsible for facilitating the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all relevant documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.*Responsibilities** Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders.* Draft, review, and prepare legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence relating to property transactions.* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including SRA and CQS regulations, and firm policies.* Carry out property searches, enquiries, and investigations as required.* Liaise with clients and other professionals to progress matters efficiently and meet deadlines.* Provide advice and guidance to clients on conveyancing matters, including title issues and contract terms.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, both electronic and paper-based, in line with compliance requirements.* Support fee earners and colleagues within the conveyancing team where necessary.*Qualifications** CILEX or CLC regulated* Minimum three years post qualified experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company pension* Sick payAbility to commute/relocate:* Dewsbury WF13 1HF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:* Certificate of Higher Education (required)Experience:* Post Qualifying: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
