We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Subject Lead for History to join our vibrant and high-performing school community. Key Responsibilities of this role include:
1. Leading the development and delivery of an engaging and rigorous History curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Driving up standards and improving pupil outcomes through effective teaching strategies and curriculum innovation
3. Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the department to achieve collective goals
4. Contributing to the wider school leadership team and participating in whole-school initiatives

* Eligibility to work in UK
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
* QTS necessary
* Proven success in improving standards and raising pupil outcomes
* Excellent organisational and motivational skills
* Ability to lead a successful faculty as a committed team player
