Family Solicitor / Legal Executive (0-3 PQE) - Lincolnshire (Flexible Location)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.15pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established Family team within a respected Top 200 law practice. The position offers high-quality client work, supportive supervision and clear scope to grow within the department. The role is based in the Lincolnshire region, with flexibility on location.
The Role:
You will manage a varied private family caseload, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial proceedings
* Private children matters
* Pre and post-nuptial agreements
* Cohabitation and separation agreements
You will be encouraged to take on increasing responsibility, maintain excellent client service standards and support the ongoing development of the department.
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* 0-3 years’ PQE in private family law
* Strong communication and client-care skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Professional, proactive and keen to develop expertise
Desirable:
* Understanding of AML and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules
* Interest in business development and networking
* Comfortable presenting internally or externally
