Business Analyst with proven experience working on change projects required on a permanent basis by a leading Financial Services client based in Leeds. This is a hybrid role with 2 days / week on site.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 + 7.5% on-target bonus + excellent benefits package.
This is a key role, responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for both business & technology teams. Acting as a bridge between business objectives and client/ technology solutions, you will work on a range of complex change initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of functional and technical outcomes. You’ll engage closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, performing detailed business and systems analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must demonstrate:
* Strong experience in business and systems analysis, with a focus on translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
* Solid experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
* Proven background in business process analysis and reengineering (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
* Good understanding of structured analysis and project management methodologies
* Strong exposure to change management within complex environments
* Ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights
* Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Financial Services experience
