I'm currently working with a global software company who are looking to hire a
Commercial Technology Lawyer (6+ PQE)
.
Location
The company's offices are just outside West London (30–40 minutes from Waterloo).
Mode of working
Office presence is required a maximum of one day a week. Remote working is possible for the right candidate.
If you'd prefer to spend more time in the office, that's also an option.
The office is in a lovely riverside location with its own garden and outdoor lunch area.

* B2B software company, with other tech companies as clients
* Approx. 2,500 employees globally
* Headquartered in Europe (so no late-night US calls)
* Most of the legal team and senior leadership is based in the UK
* Legal team size: approx. 10–12 lawyers
Role
* International (EMEA) commercial technology role, with 70–80% of the work focused on supporting sales activities
* Sales and Legal work closely together: Legal is respected by Sales, involved in projects early, invited to off-sites, and valued for training and advice

About you
* We are looking for a commercial technology lawyer with 6+ years PQE
* In-house experience / client secondment supporting mid-sized technology or software vendors
* Technically strong lawyer, drafter and negotiator
