Senior Creative Strategist & Copywriter – London

What You'll Own
* Creative direction across all ad channels—TV/video, brand, paid social
* SURI's advertising voice, tone and messaging frameworks
* High‑quality scripts, headlines and copy that balance brand and performance
* Ad sequencing, editing direction and creative iteration
* Management and development of our Junior Creative Strategist
* Close collaboration with performance and brand teams to ensure creative drives results
What We're Looking For
* 5–6 years of copywriting experience, primarily agency‑side
* A portfolio that demonstrates genuine creative craft
* Strong strategic thinking—able to move from brand insight to campaign concept
* Comfortable going deep on a single brand rather than juggling multiple clients
* Ambition to grow into a creative leadership role as the team scales
* Performance marketing knowledge is a plus—we'll develop this together
This is not a traditional DTC performance role.
