With a focus on quality and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, they are looking to bring their finance-function in-house with the appointment of a Trainee/Assistant Accountant. Your new role Working closely with the MD, you will initially take responsibility for all the transactional elements of a busy accounting role, whilst also assisting the MD with the preparation of the management accounts. Key duties will include: Raising Sales ledger invoices Credit Control Posting & allocating cash received Processing supplier invoices PO query resolution Bank reconciliations Assist with key ledger reconciliations at month end Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts What you'll need to succeed This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has completed Level 2/3 of their AAT, whilst working within an accounting environment.
