A market-leading FMCG/distribution business require a Procurement Analyst. Applicants should have expertise in MS Excel, Power BI and ideally Microsoft Dynamics and experience analysing data, presenting insights and storytelling.
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for developing procurement systems, reports, dashboards and KPIs to optimise inventory/stock holdings, and drive effective procurement and commercial decision-making.

Specific duties of the Procurement Analyst include:
Produce and manage reports, including stock availability, profiling, brand and supplier information
Analysis of customer forecast, inventory holdings, supplier capacity and brand performance data
Storytelling to stakeholders and colleagues - sharing your insights to help them shape procurement/inventory/forecasting/commercial strategy
Build relationships with colleagues across; purchasing, logistics and warehousing - ensure optimal stock and correct stock profiles available
Data cleansing activities
Procurement Analyst applicants should meet the following criteria:
Experience using MS Excel (intermediate-to-advanced Level), Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics
An appreciation/understanding of procurement, inventory management, demand planning or forecasting is advantageous
Ability to create dashboards, reports, KPIs, systems and storytelling
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent communicator, team player and relationship builder
