Job Title: Senior/Associate Project Manager (Construction consultancy)
Location: Manchester or Birmingham (hybrid working arrangement)
Salary: £65,000 -£70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + excellent private sector benefits package.
Must have a proven background managing projects in the built environment. Note: Finance/ IT project management backgrounds will not be considered for this role. Up-to-date knowledge in construction is essential for this role.

Role Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design documentation, keeping everything on track.
* Lead meetings, set agendas, and follow up on tasks to drive progress.
* Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project needs.
* Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision.
* Deliver timely project reports, highlighting key updates and challenges.
* Handle multiple projects efficiently, identifying solutions to potential issues.
Person Specification
* Professional chartership in project management/construction-related qualification. E.g., MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, etc.
* Business development success and proven ability to develop business relationships.
