Car Sales Manager required, for a Leading Car Supermarket Group - Wolverhampton
1. £35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission – OTE £70,000
2. 5 days across Monday to Sunday
3. Standard hours: 10am – 7pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join a busy and successful Used Car Showroom in the Wolverhampton area.
This role would suit a current Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their career. With a strong volume of footfall driven by a dedicated Telesales team and extensive online presence; this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and the drive to earn uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities as the Car Sales Manager:
4. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sales team
5. Support and coach team members to meet and exceed targets
6. Conduct second-facing duties and close sales effectively
7. Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered at every stage
8. Maintain compliance with FCA regulations (training provided)
Requirements for this Sales Manager position:
9. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Used Car Sales, ideally within a Car Supermarket environment
10. Proven ability to close deals and achieve strong performance metrics
11. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
12. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
13. Process-driven with strong attention to detail
14. Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team
15. FCA Accredited or willingness to become accredited
16. Full UK Driving Licence
17. Professional and presentable appearance.
