CF0661 | up to £40k This multi-disciplinary, BCorp certified agency is on the look for a talented and thoughtful Account Manager who is interested in this business’s ethos of purposeful communications and branding. The primary role will be to provide consultancy support, initially for the agency’s principal client, notably within the energy sector but also within their wider client portfolio. The focus will be on developing internal and external communications and reputation management and will demand initiative, decision-making skills, plus attention to detail and diplomacy. Ideally, you will already be at SAE level and ready to take that next step and have existing client handling skills, especially within the energy sector and in the planning and delivery of internal and external communications campaigns through print and digital media/collateral. Experience of working in an international environment would also be beneficial. The Role: Corporate PR/Reputation/EE within the energy sector Capable of driving and implementing client communications programmes Able to provide informed counsel to clients when developing and handling campaign activity Strong writing skills, liaising with design teams to develop print and digital/media collateral Expertise in UK and International client work in driving positive social change Developing and implementing media and stakeholder strategy Assisting with overall financial management forecasting, project and plan budgeting and managing service levels Skills: Desire to work as part of a team in a busy, collaborative culture Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to articulate point of view with confidence and gravitas Proven track record in prioritising workload as well as supporting junior team members Team player, collaborative, non-hierarchical Ability to manage both up and down and take overall responsibility of day-to-day client campaigns Experience of integrating with different practices / teams on cross-business work, ability to work collaboratively Interest in current affairs, news, international business and consumer of media in all forms A creative problem solver This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to take control of your own career within a very collaborative, inclusive environment.
