Key Responsibilities
* Cook world-class seafood caught and delivered the same day
* Lead and energise a talented kitchen team to deliver excellence
* Support the Head Chef with operations, service, and team development
* Maintain food safety, stock, and cleanliness standards
* Collaborate with front-of-house to create memorable guest experiences

You’ll be backed by a dedicated Area Chef and Area Manager who will guide, support, and help you thrive. We focus on coaching and mentoring, not just throwing you into the deep end.

What You Get – Pay, Perks & Benefits
* Competitive salary of £37,000 per year
* £3,000 Salcombe bonus (half paid at 6 months, remainder at 12 months)
* Paid overtime for hours over contracted hours
