Acting as the CRM superuser, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure sales processes are seamless, efficient, and impactful. Key Responsibilities CRM Ownership & Data Strategy Act as the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) superuser and administrator across the company. Ensure data accuracy and leverage CRM insights to drive sales activities and forecasting. Generate and maintain reports including month-end summaries, reseller performance, and CRM completeness. Manage CRM change requests, user training, and system enhancements. Sales Operations & Reporting Compile and present sales metrics and performance insights to internal stakeholders. Support the creation of significant sales quotations, tenders, proposals, and pricing strategies. Maintain pricing and loan databases; approve special pricing within guidelines.
