What youll be doing as an Early Years Practitioner As part of our nursery team, youll support childrens physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development while delivering high-quality care and education. Youll work closely with colleagues and parents to meet each childs individual needs, celebrate their progress, and create a nurturing environment. Your day-to-day tasks could include: Planning and leading activities that inspire learning and creativity Supporting routines, meals, and playtime Being a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships Contributing to room leadership and team development (for leaders and deputies) Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS guidelines What were looking for Level 2 childcare qualification (Level 3 desirable) Experience working with children in early years aged 05, including those with additional needs Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Enthusiasm, motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Why join us?
