We are seeking an engaging and adaptable casual coach to support the Foundations inclusive community programmes including football, multi-sports, youth clubs and wellbeing sessions to young people and local community groups. The role The community coach will lead and assist on our engaging and inclusive community programmes including football, multi-sports, youth clubs and wellbeing sessions to young people and local community groups ensuring we have a focus on creating an inclusive, fun and safe environment for all. The community coach will support the planning and delivery of the activities at one of our school academy partner school’s facilities. The Team Birmingham City FC Foundation is growing. The Foundation team are passionate about working together to make change happen. As part of the School Academies team, you will work closely with your Foundations colleagues to engage the local community at one of our partner schools. The Person As an engaging coach and team player, you will be delivering and supporting football, multi-sports, youth clubs, wellbeing sessions and community events. You will be an ambassador not only for the Foundation but also for Birmingham City FC with our partner schools and the wider community. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their success in working in a community environment and with Young People. FA Introduction to Coaching in football qualification, as a minimum, is essential. You are known for your professionalism, influence, flexibility and positive attitude.
