About the Role
As our Marketing Executive on a 6-month fixed term contract, you’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy. You’ll work across the full marketing mix from digital platforms and email to direct mail and social media, creating and optimising campaigns that resonate with our customers. Your insight-driven approach will help us tailor communications, strengthen relationships, and support commercial growth.
You’ll manage day-to-day marketing activities, from graphic design to planning and execution to performance reporting, ensuring everything is delivered on brief, on budget, and on time. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage content across website, email,, and print.
* Create and deliver graphic design and design/content.
* Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer retention and growth.
* Analyse campaign and website performance to inform future activity.
* Present plans and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Use customer insight to guide tailored engagement strategies.
* Ensure all communications meet regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty.
* Monitor industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
* Support the creation of sales support materials and digital assets.
* Collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve customer journeys.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven marketing experience.
* Strong design experience in Adobe Illustrator.
* Experience in graphic design and photo editing highly beneficial.
* Skilled in multi-channel communications and campaign delivery.
* Experience updating website content. Ideally experience in a CMS.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Strong eye for detail in wording and design.
* Data analysis skills.
* Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
* Passionate about customer insight and engagement.
* Awareness of regulatory requirements affecting marketing communications.
