Due to continued growth Pro-fit Property services limited require a Van Driver / Labourer to join our existing workforce.
Works generally involve working in Social Housing Voids and Occupied properties undertaking general maintenance.
Other projects will involve working on Private extensions and refurbishments
Sites throughout the North East but generally, Co Durham & Teesside
Responsibilities
* Perform General labouring and Van Driving Duties
* Operate hand tools and power tools as necessary
* Maintain a tidy site
* Stripping wallpaper/removal of Kitchen ,Bathrooms/flooring/hack off plaster etc
* Ability to remove radiators/skirting boards etc
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is essential
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A valid driver's licence is mandatory and a works Van & Fuel Card will be provided
