A long-established and ambitious Scottish food manufacturing business is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help drive the next stage of expansion.
This is not a corporate maintenance role.
This is a build, grow, and make an impact role.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership, taking ownership of sales growth across retail, wholesale, foodservice, and distributor channels.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company’s growth strategy, including:
• Growing and managing key customer accounts
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Driving revenue growth and improving margins
• Leading negotiations with buyers and customers
• Supporting product launches and new market opportunities
• Using data and insight to improve commercial performance
What We’re Looking For
• Proven commercial experience within FMCG or food manufacturing
• Strong background working with wholesale, retail, or foodservice customers
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Confident presenting to buyers and senior stakeholders
• Highly motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
