??Salary: £45,000 per annum

??What Youll Be Doing
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, youll bring at least3 years experiencein a similar role, backed by relevant qualifications. Your responsibilities will include:
1. ? Ensuring the highest standards and Salisbury competencies are delivered and demonstrated
2. ? Delivering Portfolio M&E PPM and minor works
3. ? Keeping Clients, Customers, and your Team informed with regular updates
4. ? Contributing to a quality service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction
5. ? Providing technical support, advice, and guidance
6. ? Ensuring best value for money through accurate resource and material checks
7. ? Reporting performance to your Area Manager
8. ? Safely delivering all Salisbury works, including those of service partners
9. ? Producing time and material details for quoting minor works
10. ? Collaborating with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors
11. ? Building strong relationships with Clients, Customers, and colleagues
