Join us at Octavius, where we're shaping the future of transport infrastructure. We deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions that keep the UK moving – and we want you to be part of it.
What you'll do...
As our Contracts Manager (RCE), you'll take the lead on a portfolio of Regional Civil Engineering projects across the South East region – ensuring they're delivered safely, sustainably, profitably, and on programme. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams through every stage of the project lifecycle, from planning through to final handover, building strong client relationships along the way and driving continuous improvement.
This is a role where your leadership will make a tangible impact – on our teams, our customers, and the communities we serve.
Who you'll work with…
You won't be on your own. You'll be collaborating with some of the best in the business – project managers, engineers, commercial specialists – all working together to deliver projects across frameworks for major clients like National Highways and other key infrastructure partners.
What's in it for you…
Because we value your contribution, you'll enjoy:
* A Company Car scheme so you can get where you need to be
* Private Healthcare, Pension, and Life Assurance cover
* 25 days Annual Leave plus your birthday off (because celebrations matter!)
* Hybrid working where possible
* Enhanced Paternity & Maternity packages
* Ongoing training and development so you can grow your career
About you…
You're a natural leader with a calm, confident presence. You know how to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and keep complex projects moving forward. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are commercially savvy, and have a sharp eye for safety, quality, and programme performance.
