Key Accountabilities
* Support the onboarding process for new investors and maintain accurate records.
* Liaise with potential and existing investors, ensuring excellent service.
* Organise and assist with investor events, both online and in-person.
* Provide administrative support for loan funding, including trust schedules.
* Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee investor portal tasks such as product testing, troubleshooting, and liaising with IT.
* Conduct online searches including credit and company checks, in line with company policy.
* Collaborate with Finance, Underwriters, Servicing, and Directors to support business needs.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong PC/keyboard skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Clear written and verbal communications
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative.
Knowledge & Personal Attributes
* Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
* Interest in property and/or finance
* Diligent, calm, and self-assured under pressure
* Exceptionally well-organised and able to meet deadlines
* Proactive and eager to learn.
