HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Reporting to the General Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Nurse in Charge, Care Coordinators & Community Leads - our Health Care Assistants are responsible for ensuring a high level of direct care is provided to our Residents and that they comply with the regulatory requirements of the Care Quality Commission and also with the company's policies and procedures.
The Heath Care Assistants will provide strong practical dementia/elderly care knowledge to ensure the highest standards are achieved in the delivery of care within the Home.
We are seeking to recruit highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistants with Care experience to join our existing team of caring professionals.
The Healthcare Assistant will ensure that personal care is delivered in line with both company policy and procedures, and also Care Quality Commission regulatory requirements to promote best practice.
We are currently recruiting to a range of day shift patterns, and are seeking to employ a range of both contracted and bank Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic team.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications would be advantageous but not essential to an application.
Strong Personal Care Skills
Excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills.
