About the Role
The successful applicant will be working with teams to understand their processes and training needs, design guidance and training materials, for eLearning and to in person delivery. They will support the wider CFS department through development and delivery of training on multiple information management systems.
About You
To apply for this post, you must have:
1. NVQ 4 or equivalent in business administration or relevant experience
2. Experience in training staff
3. Experience in using computerised databases / information management systems
4. Be competent in using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
5. Be able to work with minimum supervision
6. Good communication and organisational skills
7. Ability to produce clear written instructions
