Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with teachers to deliver creative, engaging lessons across multiple key stages
Support the development of personalised learning plans tailored to individual student needs
Provide focused one-on-one support for pupils requiring additional assistance
Encourage a positive, inclusive learning environment that inspires students
Participate in lesson planning and classroom preparation
Monitor and track student progress, providing clear feedback to support development
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role
A strong desire to help students thrive and achieve their best
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and time management abilities
A proactive team player who is adaptable and flexible
