Location and Hours
Sefton, Full‑time 37.5 hours per week.
Salary
£27,861.26 – £32,002.35 (pro rata for part‑time hours).
Responsibilities
Join a multidisciplinary team to empower young adults to reduce risk, build resilience and lead safe, healthy lives.
* Manage a caseload of young adults using alcohol and/or drugs across Sefton.
* Conduct assessments, care planning and deliver 1 : 1 psychosocial and digital interventions.
* Facilitate group work, outreach and community events.
* Provide harm reduction advice and brief interventions.
* Work in partnership with agencies, attend safeguarding meetings and deliver training.
* Exhibit strong engagement and partnership skills.
* Demonstrate knowledge of safeguarding for children, young people and adults.
About You
Utilise your experience working with young individuals to create a meaningful difference. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges faced by this demographic, show empathy towards drug and alcohol use, cultivate robust professional connections and leverage your expertise in training diverse audiences.
