We are looking for someone friendly that can support us to live our lives in a way that is fun, sensory and person centered.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:
8. Encouraging and friendly
9. Patient
10. Committed, reliable and a team player
11. Has a sense of humour, is fun and will have a laugh with us
12. Is able to follow individual plans and support structured routines
13. Ideally skilled in non-verbal communication and is able to recognise it and use it
14. Able to provide sensory support to make activities engaging
15. it is essential that you are able to work waking nights, weekends and bank holidays, have a full UK driver's license and are able to drive manual cars
Whether you have lots of experience or are new to care we want to hear from you because full training and induction is given.
