What You'll Do as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Stoke-On-Trent
• Gain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, products, and regulations.
• Build strong client relationships to uncover their needs and financial aspirations in Stoke-On-Trent and the surrounding area.
• Conduct initial consultations to assess client suitability for different mortgage options in Stoke-On-Trent.
• Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders for your Stoke-On-Trent clients.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth experience for Stoke-On-Trent residents.

The Ideal Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker for the Stoke-On-Trent Branch
• Holds a CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
• Lives within an easy commute of the Stoke-On-Trent office.
• Has previous sales experience, ideally within financial services or customer services.
• Maintains a clean credit history and possesses a valid UK driving license.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients in Stoke-On-Trent.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.
• Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments, fostering a positive team atmosphere in our Stoke-On-Trent branch.
