Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed persons to join our friendly lunchtime team. You will need to be self-motivated and enjoy working with children, to encourage positive behaviour. The role will include collecting hot food and supervising children whilst they eat, in the food hall or classroom for packed lunches. You will also supervise outdoor activities after meals. You will need a calm and caring manner, be friendly, approachable and able to develop positive relationships with children and staff. Training will be provided as required.
Responsibilities
* Collect hot meals and supervise children during mealtime in the food hall.
* Supervise packed lunches in the classroom.
* Supervise outdoor activities after meals.
Requirements
* Self-motivated and able to work with children; calm and caring manner.
* Friendly, approachable and able to develop positive and constructive relationships with children and staff.
* Willing to undergo required training; DBS check as part of safeguarding.
