Job Title: PMO Engagement Lead
Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Change Portfolio Management in delivering strategic portfolio outcomes.
* Ensure alignment of portfolio and outcomes with organisational strategic requirements, including technology architecture roadmaps and vendor strategies.
* Develop and own business cases and validate benefits to support transformation and strategy.
* Engage in regular reporting to senior stakeholders and manage organisational risks effectively.
* Facilitate strategic planning cycles across change portfolios to ensure financial decisions align with long-term strategies.
* Coordinate annual planning activities and prepare various reports and audits as required.
* Drive quality of project data and improve delivery of change initiatives through the project life cycle.
Essential Skills
* Strong understanding of Portfolio management frameworks and methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proven experience with senior stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms.
* Experience in financial planning processes and project accounting principles.
* Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
* Collaboration skills and the ability to engage different teams effectively.
* Financial services experience
