Description of the Job:
We are an independent pharmacy that has won awards, and our staff is professional, laid back, and courteous. A full-time pharmacy dispenser/assistant position is available for a bright, motivated, and experienced individual. Prior pharmacy experience is required, ideally with an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course and a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. There is sponsorship available at Tier 2. The role will be full-time, Monday through Saturday, for our Enfield-based pharmacy.

Among your responsibilities will be, but are not restricted to:
* Ensuring that each consumer leaves your pharmacy with knowledge and assurance regarding their medical requirements by customising your talks with them.
* Delivering the dispensary’s technical features—such as ordering medications, labelling, dispensing, approving, and collecting prescriptions—while maintaining a safe supply of medications.
* Observing established rules for professional conduct in accordance with business policies, as well as legal and professional obligations.
* Looking for ways to work with practice teams and general practitioners to promote products and services.
* Guaranteeing minimal dispensing losses and providing effective dispensary operations.
