Role Overview: As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring excellent service and retail standards. Your key responsibilities include achieving store objectives related to sales, inventory control, and customer service, all while upholding our company's values and principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving sales through effective planning, execution, and analysis.
2. Managing returns, complaints, and customer service issues to ensure positive outcomes.
3. Participating in product launches and visual merchandising in line with business guidelines.
4. Maintaining visual standards consistent with merchandising presentation philosophy.
Ideal candidates are experienced Store Managers or Assistant Managers ready to step up, with a proactive attitude and some line management skills.
