Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Ilford
Contract Type: Temporary - Min 6 months - possible temp to perm
Fully remote with the occasional days required in the office

What You'll Do:
* Process and upload invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders.
* Enter non-PO items, including salary advances and pension payments.
* Set up and amend supplier details in line with audit controls for our clients.
* Upload interface files and batches using Agresso (prior experience is a plus!).
* Cover pay runs in Agresso for four clients when needed.
* Assist in clearing items off the payments bank reconciliation.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in finance or accounting processes.
* Ability to quickly adapt and get up to speed after initial cross-training.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A positive attitude and team spirit!
