This role involves the safe and efficient movement of trailers between sites, ensuring production and warehouse operations are fully supported overnight. This is a regular, planned operation with consistent routes, start times, and workloads, suited to drivers who value stability and routine.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out night-time shunting movements between the Rugby factory and Daventry warehouse
2. Safely couple and uncouple trailers, ensuring all connections are secure
3. Complete vehicle and trailer checks in line with company and legal requirements
4. Ensure loads are transported safely, securely, and in line with site rules
