About The Role
The Department of Psychology wishes to appoint a professor with academic and clinical expertise in eating disorders and their treatment. The post reports to the Head of Department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver world‑leading research on eating disorders and their treatment.
* Publish highly‑cited papers and engage in impact‑related activities.
* Teach and supervise doctoral students and postgraduate research.
* Secure research funding and develop impact cases for REF2029.
* Engage with policymakers and non‑academic stakeholders.
About You – Requirements
* PhD in Psychology.
* Strong research impact record and evidence of seeking and securing research funding.
* International record of personal achievement in research and publication.
* Track record of doctoral completions and sustained teaching excellence.
* Capability to produce an impact case for Warwick’s REF2029 submission.
* Strong record of research impact and stakeholder engagement.
