Contracts Manager – Civils & Groundworks Region: Midlands, Yorkshire & North West Head Office: Northamptonshire Start: Immediate Employment Type: Freelance or Permanent (packages available) We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of civils and groundworks contracts across the Northern region, with projects located throughout the Midlands, Yorkshire, and the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately. The Role: * Overseeing multiple civils and groundworks projects from pre-start through to completion * Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard * Monitoring health & safety, quality, and programme performance * Liaising with clients, engineers, and internal teams * Working from head office in Northamptonshire when not required on site Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils and groundworks * Strong knowledge of project delivery, commercial control, and health & safety * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Full UK driving licence Package: * Competitive freelance or permanent packages available (DOE) * Immediate start * Long-term work for the right candidate If you are a Contracts Manager looking for your next opportunity and are comfortable working across the Midlands, Yorkshire, and North West while being based from our Northamptonshire head office, we would like to hear from you
