Main Responsibilities
In the role of Shift Leader, you will lead our pizza-loving team to ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and a positive work environment. You will coordinate tasks, manage processes and technology, and ensure timely pizza preparation and delivery.
With attention to detail, you will uphold product quality and food safety standards. You will mentor and coach team members, provide feedback, and support training for new staff. You will communicate clearly and lead by example to achieve goals.
As Shift Leader, you will motivate the team, recognize good performance, and drive high standards on every shift.
The Ideal Candidate
Being a Shift Leader requires leadership, the ability to connect with people, and a passion for pizza and customer service. You will receive training to coach the team and ensure a consistently high level of customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
