What the Job Involves This role involves delivering exceptional cleaning services to ensure safe and clean environments for residents, staff, and visitors across Council homes in Cardiff, including community living schemes, homeless hostels, high-rise, and low-rise blocks. You will take full responsibility for cleaning tasks across communal areas, foyers, lifts, stairwells, and external spaces to meet the agreed standards. The job requires adherence to established cleaning protocols, support for health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and being part of site inspections and audits. You will be required to communicate operational issues, update records of work completed, and participate actively in promoting equality of opportunity and safeguarding policies.
