We are looking for Administrators to join the CYPS Community Team South West. As the main admin resource for the team, you will process referrals, letters and other communications to support the smooth running of the reception area and provide efficient administrative support to team members.

Suitable for someone who can understand information quickly, identify relevant actions, possesses good interpersonal skills, and is confident operating a wide range of office equipment such as scanners, computers, and copiers. You should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, time‑pressured environment.

Base location: Frimley or Guildford, with occasional cross‑coverage between the two sites as required.

Hours:

* Frimley (Theta) – 22.5 hrs per week.


Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role include: letter writing, booking of rooms, answering and directing phone calls and emails, and minute taking. You will work on your own initiative, be flexible, and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of a developing team. Building effective relationships and maintaining flexibility are essential.

You will be expected to prioritise work and meet deadlines to fulfil the requirements of the post.

Person Specification


Qualifications

* NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent experience.


Experience

* Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Basic Excel and Outlook.
* Experience of office/administrative work.
* Experience communicating effectively at all levels with a variety of contacts.
* Good working knowledge of Data Protection and confidentiality.
* Minimum of 1 year working in an administrative role.
