Head Chef – Daytime Brunch Operation
We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our busy daytime brunch kitchen. You'll be responsible for running kitchen operations, leading the team, and delivering consistently high-quality dishes. Reporting directly to our Executive Area Chef, this is a great opportunity to take the lead while having the support of a senior chef.
What you'll do:
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team in a fast-paced brunch environment
* Oversee food preparation and service to the highest standards
* Work with the Executive Area Chef on creative, seasonal menus
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Train and support staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent cooking skills with creativity in menu design
* Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment
* Genuine passion for food and hospitality
